Personality Trait Questionnaire (Lumina Spark)
The Lumina Spark personality trait report, based on the Big 5 personality traits, produces a mandala of 24 different personality qualities. It also provides an analysis of personality at three levels - the everyday persona, the underlying persona and the overstretched persona. This allows a rich discussion of how behaviours can differ in different contexts and different situations.

Identifying and examining signature character strengths allows exploration of ways to improve well-being and increase life satisfaction on a day to day basis. It provides a way to explore aspects of work and life that are most important and from which feelings of belonging and purpose are derived. Considering the under and overuse of strengths is a powerful way to reflect on behaviours and relationships.
Personality Type Questionnaire
(Myers-Briggs)
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator sorts individuals across four personality dimensions and into one of sixteen personality types. This provides a platform for discussion of behavioural comfort zones and how different situations can be more or less stressful for different people. It also allows for non-judgemental exploration of potential and actual conflicts in the workplace.
Emotional Intelligence Profile (EIP3)
The EIP3 model takes a growth approach to emotional intelligence, providing the opportunity to reflect on different aspects of inter and and intra Emotional Intelligence and how they might be developed. Based on the foundation of self-awareness and other awareness it informs an exploration of emotional and behavioural elements of self-understanding and relationships with others.
